Moorfall release date

Moorfall is a single-player real-time strategy game set in the fictional moorland realm of Grimmwald, which has been invaded by the neighbouring power of Schwarzmoor. Played from a top-down perspective, the game features no base building or economy management: the player commands up to three captains, each leading his own army, and takes territory village by village. Villages are the only source of soldiers — volunteers can be recruited from villages under the player's control, and a village facing a greatly superior force may surrender without a fight. The map is covered by fog of war; carrier pigeons serve as scouts and as messengers for orders to allied captains. Over the course of the campaign two further factions, Wildhain and Dürrfeld, join the war, with alliances shifting from map to map. The game is fully localized in English and German.
